Senior-focused personal training is designed to empower older adults by enhancing their functional strength and balance, fostering independence and boosting confidence in daily activities. Each session is tailored accommodate various fitness levels and includes a combination of low impact strength training and targeting balance drills that mimic real life scenarios like standing up from a chair, reaching for items, going up and down stairs and walking on uneven surfaces. Carrie can work with you inside your home or your community gym within your development and will utilize resistance bands, hand weights and body weight exercises as well as machines and other fitness equipment to help you achieve your goals. Small group sessions are also available.
